While the interior pays tribute to the Bowery’s history as New York’s restaurant supply neighborhood, the menu pays tribute to beer lovers. With a selection of almost 100 different beers to choose from, 22 of which are on draft, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding that perfect pairing.
Not to mention their ‘whole hog series’ which is exactly what it sounds like. A whole Pennsylvania Green Village Farms slow-roasted suckling pig, served up Provencal style stuffed with tomato, fennel, Nicoise olives, and pork loin. Yes, the pork is stuffed with pork. Good thing our pants have side adjusters.
